Dannii does it again! Minogue's sleek look outdoes Cheryl's latest outfit at X Factor auditions

She might be the darling of X Factor after proving a massive hit when she joined the talent show's panel last year and re-signing for an even bigger pay packet.

But Cheryl Cole seems to be increasingly losing her grip on the title of the show's biggest fashionista to fellow judge Dannii Minogue.

Minogue, Cole's arch-rival since she first joined X Factor in 2008, stole yet another march on the Girls Aloud star today as they arrived for the latest round of auditions.

The 37-year-old looked sleek and sophisticated in a very on-trend dark leopard print dress teamed with a pair of classic Mary Jane platform shoes.

A hemline below the knee ensured the sexy print did not look too flashy and the style was simple enough not to be overwhelming.

Minogue's monochrome outfit was perfectly co-ordinated with a thick silver headband which made her fringe invisible and gave her face an instant lift.

He went so far as to have three children that had none of his father's blood inside of them.

In the final analysis, Michael Jackson failed. He became rich and famous worldwide, but he never became whole. He never dealt with the pain given to him by his father.

Here's the deal ... Paula tried starting her own series a few years back with Paramount .... NIGHTMARE! The idea crashed and burned.

So it's yet another ploy for more moolah, and more power to her. Whatever the deal it's a long way from Paula's first season paycheck -- our "A.I." spies say she was pulling in $5,000 a week.

MARIAH CAREY TO PERFORM ON AMERICA'S GOT TALENT?

Mariah Carey could be set for a cameo on America'S Got Talent - her presenter husband Nick Cannon is hoping to rope his wife into performing on the hit talent show.

The rapper/actor is set to add TV host to his resume as he takes over from Jerry Springer on the show's new season, which kicked off earlier this week (23Jun09).

And Nick Cannon insists viewers could get a superstar thrown in with the wannabe acts - hinting that his superstar partner may take to the stage as she's a huge fan of the series.

He tells MTV, "They (people) keep asking me that - I don't know. It's a possibility. She loves the show.

"She has a hot new album coming out. It's the hottest show on TV so why wouldn't that work out? So hopefully the timing works out and she does get to come represent."

I wonder what went on between this show and his untimely demise? Maybe he was using prescription drugs to hide pain and hence him not looking unfit or unwell. I'll let you decide:

The Continuing Destruction of Susan Boyle

Susan Boyle's dream was to become famous, to have people around the world know her, love her and want to hear her sing. Then a miracle happened. She got her wish. Her dream came true. Within a few weeks however, she ended up in a mental hospital overwhelmed with exhaustion and stress. Susan is a prime example of what is known as the Structure of Hope. What happens to someone when their dream finally comes true? For many people their world comes to an end. They have no idea what to do after they get their dream. Consider lottery winners; 85% lose their money a few years after having their dream come true. All of their emotional safety is based on the fact of wanting and needing instead of actually getting. If the hope is too big & violates too many safety issues, you'll figure out how to sabotage your dream. This is the foundation of structure of hope. When we look around there are many other stars imploding. Britney Spears, Heath Ledger, and Amy Winehouse, to name a few, had their dreams come true without the support structure to hold them up. Some turn to drugs, and alcohol, some turn to suicide and others turn to increasingly bizarre behavior in an effort to destroy what they have achieved in order to go back to the safety of wanting a dream.

We all have wants and needs that we search for. The problem is not in the process of getting it. The problem is what happens after we have our dreams. We will either grow into it or develop a support entourage. An entourage is a false way to prop yourself up. It will grow and decline in proportion to your dream (or fame). Susan has a team of lawyers, agents, a doctor and family trying to protect her. The problem is, the more famous she gets, the more support she needs to try to keep her in a safe place.

A more healthy way to handle the getting of our dream is to grow into it. We need to grow internally in order to expand beyond the dream of now into the dream of tomorrow. Once you have the dream, you can let it go and dream a bigger dream. My solution for Susan is simple: open up to a bigger dream.

Tips for a Better Singing Voice

Good health will be reflected in your voice as good health is reflected in all parts of your body. It is also important to rest your voice box and restrain from shouting or going to places where you have to raise your voice to speak all the time. If you are new to singing or a novice you can't just start singing like Pavarotti or Andrea bocelli because you will more than likely hurt your voice and then set your training schedule back weeks and maybe months. The key like any type of training is to build a litle bit on each previous step so your voice can adjust and your throat and neck muscles can adjust.

Training your voice up by practicing the alphabet out loud or miming a tune in the background is good to start off. Then from this you can maybe seek the help of a trainer or get together with others who share a similar goal to yourself so you can practice.

A good way to start your journey to the stars is to get involved in singing contests and to get yourself known. You can bet that almost every town and definitely every city has some sort of singing contests being held in community or town halls. If there are none in your local area why not set up a local singing competition or a singing talent search contest at night and invite people to sing as well as take part yourself? Many times local authorities will grant you use of their halls for a small fee or even for free. The key is to get your practice in and move up and up to larger audiences and different venues in preparation for the big league.

It is even possible to upload your song to certain places on the Web such as youtube and others. Here for example is a site that lets you upload 2 of your songs for free and it seems they do have facilities for targetting your singing talent to the right people:

Despite all the negative comments about susan Boyle like how she looks or the inevitable vulchers feeding on her disheartened spirits after losing out to Diversity in Britain's got Talent she has one thing that no one can take away from here and that is her voice. It is simply a tremendous voice and I do think she has a wide-scope to go on to better things after this huge media circus.

It proves that you should never judge a book by its cover!

Singing Auditions for Star Search

The most important thing to realise in your endevour to becoming a singing sensation is that you will have to audition - and well. It is very wise to watch other people and note what mistakes they make, such as watching the Britain's got Talent show and taking note of the judges comments. You need to identify what is your 'niche' area in singing and practice in this area, do not try to audition a song because it is popular if you cannot make it sound good on stage.

Practice makes perfect is a great saying to remember so you need to Practice and Practice till you can do no more but do not burn yourself out or try and please other people. You want to be pleased with yourself and feel that your efforts were worthwhile and you got what you wanted out of it.
